Initial Consultation

In this step we discuss the following topics so that we can fully understand your goals for your web site.

who you are and what your company or organization is all about
who your target audience is
what are you trying to do with your site (convey information, sell etc)
what type of information and how much do you want to include

Blueprint Creation

At this time e-dimensionz creates a blueprint based on the information from the initial consultation. The blueprint will be discussed and agreed upon.

Development

e-dimensionz works with you to design your web site. To do this we will consider the following 4 topics:

Content: This includes text, images, and graphics. All content should answer "yes" to the following question: "Is it serving a purpose?" Your content should be working to achieve your goals. They need to be provided by you in computer format.

Navigation: Navigation is very important when it comes to web sites. Your visitors should know where they are, where they are going, where they have been, and how to get back at all times. There are various navigational tools and we will help your determine which is appropriate for your site.

Theme: This is where we consider the overall look and feel of your site. Have you maintained the theme of your marketing efforts? And is this theme continued throughout your site?

Compatibility: The computers and users on the internet vary greatly. How fast is your visitors computer? How fast is their modem? What size is their monitor, and what browser are they using? These are only some of the questions we need to consider when designing your site. We need to design your site that serves as many different visitors as possible.

Contracts for Site Maintenance

We will maintain your web site on a monthly basis for as little as $25, or more depending on how often the site requires updates. This will vary quite a bit from one web site to another depending on how dynamic your information is - for instance newsletters and legislative alerts.

Payment

20% of the initial agreed project value as a deposit; payment of the balance of the initial agreed project value and any additional services are due when the project is successfully installed on a hosting service and operating as intended for 30 days. No work will commence without a 20% deposit. All accounts overdue 30 days after the web site is online will be charged a 4% financing charge. Receipts are provided for services.

NOTE: Monthly Payment Packages are not included in the above payment terms. The Monthly Payment Packages are payable in full as set per package on a monthly basis for 1 year.
